After 12th and graduation are the milestones in every student’s life that decides which professional he or she will select. 1.    Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
It is a diploma course offered by business schools that are recognised by All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE). These business schools or institutes are autonomous and not affiliated to any university or college. PGDM is somewhat similar to MBA in its course outline, but it is more flexible and rigorous. Many corporate companies hire PGDM students. 
2.    Master in business Administration (MBA)
Unlike PGDM, MBA is a degree given by the business schools, universities and colleges. If a student has an MBA degree, then it will be an added advantage. Any graduate student whether from science stream or commerce can opt for MBA for higher studies. It offers specialisation in marketing, human resources (HR) and finance. These are the broad categories that are provided by most of the universities. It is a highly valued degree in India and abroad in which students develop skills in business and management. The core circular of the subjects includes accounting, economics, management, marketing, operations and much more. 
3.    Masters of Commerce (M.Com)
It is a post graduate degree that commerce students opt for after the completion of their graduate degree. The degree focuses on different disciplines like economics, corporate government, human resource management, accounting, finance, statistics and other business-related subjects. 
4.    Masters in Technology (M.tech)
Like above-mentioned management and commerce course, this is a technical course. For the students who have completed their graduation in B.tech and B.E can join this 2 years course.
